The Disco part 1

It was a friday night and we were going to have a disco. I was travelling with my friends Fran and Dea. As my dads jeep drove up the highstreet we spotted aweful traffic ahead. It took us an hour to arrive.

I was dressed in a lacy black dress, a leather jacket and a pair of black boots. My electric blue hair was let down and I had painted my nails green. There were tons of boys at this disco and the temperature was humid. No one was really dancing just jumping and chatting. I could see my friend Fayre in the distance. Her neon green hair was let down and reached below her hips. She was wearing an aztec print black and pink strapless dress. Fayre spotted me and walked over cheerfully.

"Five,!" She said to me, "I got 5 numbers!" I smiled back but felt disappointed on the inside. I hadn't even been approached by a guy yet. Smiling she was lead away by a tall boy in a fez. (Fez???)

As the night went on I met most of my friends and all of them had atleast one new number on their phone. But still nobody had even looked twice at me. I felt like a wallflower as I lingered at the wall watching the slow dancers. All the couples were completly in time. Fayre and the boy in the Fez, Fran and an italian badboy, Dea and a blonde boy wearing hollister and Ellena with a red head in a tux. As I looked across the room I spotted Anja, all alone. Shyly I walked over at stood by her.

"Scarborough!" She exclaimed as she saw me. I pulled my signature face trying to cheer her up.

"Yep, Disco sucks right!" She grinned and nodded. As the coloured lights hit the corners of the rooms I started to feel better. Until He showed up. This is awefully mean of me but I was having fun until Anja was wisked away by a dark haired gentleman. Again I was left alone. So I went to the bathroom and cried.

And I cried....
