Working on getting work.
I had another interview for a different job yesterday. This one was for a medical supply company delivering sonogram and ultrasound equipment in Nashville. Id be taking the machines to the companies clients all over the Middle Tennessee area, as well as parts of Kentucky.
I felt good coming out of it, and while I dont want to get my hopes up, I would really like to get this job. Of course, I would take any job at this point, and the street sweeping gig wouldn't be too bad. A lot more physically demanding when you have to get in and out of the truck, clear debris, and then cleaning out the sweeper after the shift. Given my choice, I'll take the van driving gig delivering expensive machines. That, and the pay is better with better benefits than the sweeping job as its part of a national healthcare company.
I should know more next week. Until then, Ill be keeping my fingers crossed.

I have a job interview in Nashville tomorrow afternoon for a street sweeping company. They are looking for a driver, and I think they needn't look further.
After my interview, I will be attending a Chicago Blackhawks game! First hockey game in years, and its in Tennessee. . . Oh well, lets hope that my Hawks can turn around their recent skid.

General Failure, you strike again.
My PS3 died on me at about 10 pm my time. Flashing red light and wont return on. Upon researching this issue, I find that my PS3 suffered from a "general hardware failure from overheating." Funny, I dont ever remember it being all that hot, but oh well.
Im glad I got my tax money back, because I can afford to buy a new system, but I would feel kind of guilty getting one when I dont have a job.

TheO Story 2012
Im going to take a crack at Kitabug's TheO story this year. Its going to be a challenge for me, seeing as I haven't done any creative writing since high school(10 years for me. YES Im old, shut up).
But I also think this will be a lot of fun. I hope those of you who stop by my page will check it out when its all said and done.
