Fold the sleeves up at the shoulder seams and pin them? Or just scrunch it up at the elbow and hold your arms in a specific way so that it will stay above your hands....?

I asked the team for ya. So far:

"only quick fix that I can think of is cutting off the sleeves at the shoulder and then reattaching them @_@
Hmn pin them up? or fold the haori collar down (haori's are supposed to be warn with the collars folded down anyway). maybe that will take an inch or something off from the sleeves/body and shorten the sleeves @_@

other than that X_X just bear with it? I know my haori is like.. 2 times as big as it should be on me >_>;; I just try to move my sleeves out of the way XD before I grab something T_T;;"

For reference, Icecore did this, with a tie that crosses in the back and cinches the sleeves back.
