Some nights, like tonight, make my new job blow too. It's very stressful. But we will soldier on, right? And as they say, the best time to look for a new job is while you have one. At least you'll be making money while searching, if you decide to leave. Unless you think it's worth it to stick it out and see what the union does for you.
