The first half of Chaos;Head is pretty damn good. If it had kept up that quality, it would have been one of my favorites of the fall. The second half fell flat for me, though, because there is too much technobabble and info dumping. Probably difficult to avoid for a story like this, but still. Also, the ending, once you get past all the oddities, is surprisingly generic.
I ended up liking Chaos;Head a bit more than some others who watched it throughout the fall with me, but that is mainly on the strength of the first half. Overall, it disappointed me.
