I agree with Kastom on this. A new comp would be nice indeed but don't go buying an expensive one if you cannot afford one, yet. I think there are decent laptops with an okay price for your budget, might not be sweet and cool like the one you saw but hey its better than the old one ne? =D
Just wide your search and find places where you can find cheaper but decent laptops before buying the very first you put your eyes on.
Believe me, I did that last year and it paid off. ;D
