Three months? oO I was told it only required a month. I joined on Jan 3rd. Yes Boo kicked me. It was my clone he kicked. I went into the chat for the first time. I saw a clone, they explained what it was so I tried it. He kicked the clone out. I was really mad since I was only trying things out like they explained. I'm not mad anymore.

Chat is crazy. =P You'll get used to it. Fair warning, misunderstandings do happen. Most people are pretty nice though so you don't have to worry too much.
Ah so you're in chat now. It's pretty zany at times but usually everyone is pretty nice. I wouldn't worry over the clone thing, some members were abusing it by making tons and tons of them, so we started kicking out duplicates to discourage that.
Most people are used to it but I guess since you're new you didn't know. Boo's a little goofy at times but he's a nice guy so I'm sure he didn't mean anything by it.
I believe you have to have actually visited pm's or comments for the system to register when you were last there. Once you've done that, it will always show if there is something new since the last time you visited.
Anyway, I'm glad you had fun. I can understand that getting kicked when you were being curious would have been very startling. Boo and Allamorph have a habit of kicking clones. =P So it definitely wasn't anything personal, they do it to everyone.
And yes chat is very weird at times. But lots of fun too.
