Currently Reading: Tidal by Amanda Hocking (watersong series) -fiction/fantasy/romance/supernatural. In my opinion this series isn't as good as her first series (the Trylle series) but it's still good.
Last Read: Not a Drop to Drink by Minny McGinnis - future/dystopian/romance/action.
There were a couple scenes in this book, like when the main character was holding a deer's heart in her hand and saying she would have to cook it because that's basically all they had, that made me really grateful for my life. So if your life kinda sucks right now, then this is the type of book that will make you think 'At least my life isn't that bad. Overall really good book in my opinion.
Wishlist:
- Elegy by Amanda Hocking
- Maze Runner by James Dashner
- The One by Kiera Cass
- Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi

Currently Reading: Lullaby by Amanda Hocking (watersong series) - fiction/fantasy/romance
Last Read: Crash Into You by Katie McGarry - realistic fiction/romance/life
Another great book (in my opinion)- it's only to be expected from McGarry Sensei.
I'm not sure how to describe this.... set of books..that McGarry has written. They're all connected but I don't think you could call it a series, and they don't have a series name anyways. In the first book (Pushing the Limits) there are 4 main characters but the book mainly focuses on 2 of them. Then the 2nd book (Dare You To) focuses on a different person that was in the last book and they're all different love stories. So they're connected but not in the way series usually are. It's interesting.
I think they're all very good, and this might have been my favorite. Recommended for people who like romance, real life problems, cars/street racing, fiction, emotions.
Can't wait for the next one.

Currently Reading:
The Promise of Amazing by Robin Constantine - fiction/romance
Last Read:
The Young Elites by Marie Lu (1st book in series) - fantasy/action/romance
Very good book - as expected of Lu Sensei. Takes place on a planet very much like Earth in the 1300s. After a pandemic certain children who got ill develop special powers and are now discriminated against. They can be identified by "markings" (strange hair/eye color, markings on skin).
The main character is very interesting because she has a dark side that can be hard to control.
Recommended to those who enjoy books with kings and queens, really unique characters, a bit of a psychological element, and a little sadness. Can't wait for next book in this series
