Yeah, I almost didn't see HP 7 part 1 cause I knew Dobby was gonna die. And then towards the end (in the movie) Dobby's like, "Dobby will always be here for Harry Potter" And I was like, "NO! WHY did you have to say that?"

I liked Ginny more and more as the series went on. At first, she is depicted as an idiotic young girl with a painful (to her and to readers) crush on Harry Potter, but you see her develop a charater. She's strong, capable, and funny. Of course, when it comes to humor, no one tops Fred and George. For the record, in my mind, Fred did NOT die. I deny it. He was unconscious for a while, that's all. HP isn't HP without the Weasley twins.

Snape dying almost made me cry. Seeing the whole thing from his perspective in the Pensieve...I mean, I make jokes about how Snape's cranky because of his lack of a sex life (haha) but it's much deeper than that.

And Luna's just awesome. I think I'll go up to someone with my Luna Quibbler glassses and tell them their head is full of Nargles.

Also, I SAW THE ACTUAL KNIFE THAT KILLED DOBBY! And then I kinda did cry. I went to that HP exhibit and it showed some of the movie props, and Bellatrix's dagger was there...

How can people not like Harry Potter? I've been obsessing over it since I was six. Even then I knew it was pure awesomeness.

I've always kinda, almost, disliked Ginny. I don't know why. It's just... gah. I couldn't bring myself to like her. I agree however, Luna is awesome. She's always so... in a dream? It looks like? Like, if her underwent Inception, her dream world with be the most badass/strange thing anyone has ever seen.

Awesome. I love Harry Potter. I've been obsessed with it since I was six. And Snape is one of the greatest characters, because his story is such a long, deep one and because of his attitude and character. The way he is a double agent against both sides was awesome, and the final result enhanced the message Dumbledore was trying to say--love beats Voldemort. Every time. My favorite characters are Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood. I knew Ginny was going to end up with Harry from the second book.

I think the first one is good as is; I've never been a fan of walls with ghosting but I really like how you pulled it off here. There is one thing to consider, though: most people have icons on the left, so Snape would be covered up.

As for the second one, I'm waiting for you to submit it so I can use it :3 Though I think you should make the non-red spots more brown, they look almost purple for me.

It's been a while since I read the 7th book, but I remember thinking "WTF" at the whole deathfest thing. Highest death toll of all the books I've ever read, war/battle themed ones aside.

For the second wall, I think you could try smudging using some small brushes. then you'd kinda get this sort of outcome. Only the BG though. Then sharpen it a little :3 that's my idea hah...ha.
