i used to be really overweight and managed to lose a lot. so i did a lot of research, and i've been considering adding nutrionist as my minor next time i meet with my advisor. that's how i know all this.
i'm good. be better if i didn't have a stupid cold.
well the soda is bad. it doesn't rehydrate you, it dehydrates. you should be drinking water. but the cramps could also be from exhaustion, so drinks like gatorade or poweraide would be good cause the electrlytes will help you muscles. but you need to definatly have a cool down, especially if you are working out really hard. it helps the muscles relax and the lactic acid dissolve so it doesn't build up. try jogging slowly or power walking and slowly get slower till you stop. usually 5 minutes is enough, then stretch.
hmmm. the only other thing i can think of, is do you do a cool down after you work out? if not than the lactic acid may be built up in your muscles and causing the cramps.
thanks, but the problem is not that, when it pains, I immediately can't stand it, cause you know it so sudden...
nah, I think it can't work for me...not you!

if i ever start to feel a cramp maybe forming while i'm at the gym i immediatly get off the machine and stretch again. you should find some stretches that you enjoy and feel good and try those.
i can't see the video, but my computer is old and hates me. so that's probably it.
Sorry to hear that my friend...
Hm, cramps? Well, when they do happen (especially with legs now) try to bring pressure to the muscle where it happened and keep it tight with your hands. This may hurt, but lay down or sit and move your leg. After that, it will pass faster and then you can just massause or care for it slowly until the pain completely goes away.
Hm, I can't see the video, sorry. NO NO, you are not pathetic, don't say that.
Just copy the link of the youtube video you want to put in the youtube icon here and click okay. There shouldn't be any more troubles from that.
