Happy Halloween everyone! This is without a doubt, my favorite holiday! I love it!
I can’t dress up at work obviously, but I painted my nails black, heh, at least I was in the spirit. If I could play Halloween music on my page I would. I haven’t been on here in ages, I know, but I wanted to stop by and wish everyone a fantastic and safe night!!

Its been a long time since I’ve checked in here uh? In case anyone was wondering, I just got back from the beach not too long ago. If you’ve never been to Myrtle Beach, SC, its awesome, I can tell you. For us girls, I may have to bug my sister-in-law for the good picture she took of our Red Knight at Medieval Times, cause he was fangirl worthy, let me tell you. Oh yeah and I got a shirt that says “Save Ferris” on it cause I’m a retro nerd, I admit it. It was a very fun and tiring week, and the 9 and a half hour drive one way really sucks lol.
In other news, I did get to leave work a little early today because of a dizzy spell. Not that that’s great news or anything, but I am feeling better now.
I usually don't go for email forwards and all that cause they annoy the hell out of me, but this one my father-in-law sent was pretty amusing, so I thought I’d share the fun-ness of it.

Sooo… thoughts on the ending of LOST? Come on guys, let me hear it. As for me, well it wasn’t what I was expecting. I don’t really know what I was expecting honestly ha. But I do know that for me it wasn’t as fulfilling as it could have been. Don’t get me wrong, the whole reunion like thing wasn’t so bad, but I dunno, it still just wasn’t as satisfying as I wanted it to be. I won’t say it felt like a cope out, buuuuut close. Did have to say though that when Jack got smacked up side the head with that rock by Locke and seeing the knife slide in made me and the hubby physically cringe and do that “ohhhhh.” And the whole Hurley going “whoah” from Sawyer coming out of the bush was just hilarious. Anyway, I did like the scene at the vending machine with Sawyer and Julia. Though I do have to say, I’m still stuck on Sawyer and Kate from back in the day, but my couples never seem to work out, bah. I guess I could have seen Jack and Kate coming from that time she just up and kissed him. Oh, and everyone was there at the end but Michael, where was Michael? Did they just go, well screw him because he became a dick anyway? I guess I understand about Walt, cause the kid isn’t well, a KID anymore really.
Anyway, for me, it just wasn’t as satisfying as I wanted. What about ya’ll?
Rant #2. Fullmetal Alchemist Manga.
WTF?!?! First Maes Hughes dies, then Havoc’s legs, now Mustang’s freaking eyes (Roy Mustang is my fav anime character ever so that just makes me angst)!! And now Alphonse Elric!!! For real? Al just killed himself big time. I mean I know the blood seal was cracking, but ahh. Who would have thought it’d come to that? OMFG. Arakawa BETTER have some serious happiness coming up or else. It’s one drama and disaster to the next. Now I know FMA is depressing at times, gory, and well crap happens, but for real? At the end, Al better still be standing alive and Roy had better have his sight back, I am willing to be lose on Havoc’s legs and Ed actually regaining his leg (if he gets to keep his newly given arm). Father just really needs to DIE already. But really, what an intense few chapters. The Promise Day has been going on for ages and SO much has happened I feel like my brain is going to melt if I don’t see something go right soon. I do have to say though that Kimbley popping up there in the fight with Pride was pretty unexpected and awesome. It’s the only thing that has gone right in a while for Team Mustang there, and yes, I do consider them ALL to be Team Mustang.
Random thought, I heart Olivier Mira Armstrong and would so have her children.
Oh yeah, and for everyone who commented on the last post, the cops pulled quit a few whole pot plants from the house, some coke, and an assault rifle. It was the threat of guns that made the SWAT team come. And really no one was in the house touching anything, just in the front yard looking at the trashed door and all.
So last week, the SWAT team raided the house across the street from mine. Like no joke. No one in the neighborhood even knew it was coming. So when they blew the lock off the guy's front door, needless to say that it scared the shit out of everyone. That water bomb was loud, let me tell you.
Everyone had to come outside and nose in of course. Its not like you get this kind of entertainment every day, ya know. It was great. The DA guys are standing in the street behind the house like laughing and joking around, the SWAT team is in there scowering the place - with their semi automatic weapons mind you ha, and all the neighborhood people are out front of the house. Cause after they took the guy out they let all the people up next to the house to look at the door, and the hole in the wall where they used the battering ram on the door... and I guess it was the explosives guy that was outside with everyone, explaining how the water bomb thing worked.
Heh, the hubby works with the dude that the SWAT team parked their truck in the driveway of. The funny thing is that this is the first time ever that I can think of, that people in this neighborhood actually gathered together and talked to each other. I guess it just take something interesting enough to bring people together heh.
