My St. Patrick's Day ritual consists of me going in to work and being bitched at by customers about not stocking enough beer. Coincidentally, I hate St. Patrick and his day for it.

Sounds like an exciting day, old pal! I'm glad the whole experience went well enough for you. Although, if I may be so bold as to make a comment, you should try being meaner to people. It doesn't change anything much, but it's more fun!

You're the best! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

I've always loved the fact that the one true drink to have on St. Patrick's Day is the complete opposite of a rich green. I don't need a holiday to enjoy darkness and perfection of a Guinness.

I'm come to realize that I know a lot of nurses. My mum is a nurse (formerly a pharmacist), my cousin from Vancouver is a nurse (now she's in Europe of something w/ her bf), I have a Japanese penpal who's studying to become a nurse, as well as one from the Philippines who might come to Toronto to study. And now there's you, Shantato. Needless to say, I'm quite comforted to know that no matter where I go, if I become whiny and sick, I'll be taken care of. *laughs*

I'm glad to hear your leader experience went well. Even if chaos were brought upon you, I think that you'd be able to handle it without skipping a beat.

And don't worry about the meds... When someone start complaining about back pains and eventually sprouts a pair of devil wings and flies out the window, you can blame it on witchcraft.

It's good to see you, Shantato. Really is.

100 degrees? I thought hospitals were always like freezers. If it's that hot it can't be good for the patients. ._.

Sounds like you and my friend a both working toward being RNs. ^^
