If something doesn't really demand your attention in a way other things do, then maybe it's time to move on. I enjoy art - love it - but I never had the feeling that I wanted to make it into a career of mine. Maybe it's because my ideas about art are slightly incompatible with my ideas about careers.
Nevertheless, keep up your studies in nursing. Read whatever you can get your hands on. It's nice to know what the latest news is, I think.
Awwww. :( But I bet you'll miss it, right?? And who says you have to completely quit it?? Just cause you won't have anymore art classes doesn't mean that you should just quit art. When you're a nurse, you'll still find in between, even if it's just a little, to have you-time, and you can work on art then! :) It sounds to me like you think that once you reach the medical field that you'll be totally ensconced in it and not have time for anything else! You're a really great artist, harbs. All of the things you did in that class are AMAZING. My comp art classes weren't that free. We had certain things to do and that was it, so I didn't have a chance to do anything anime-related.
Thank you though for sharing that goodness with us!! :) I KNOW you'll do amazing with your health care studies. You ARE smart. <3 And it's something you really want to do!! But just don't lose your artistic side cause I know you'll find time for it still.
