That really is like a gift. I'll be sure to just type what I'm "feeling" then and forget about the meaning being lost from now on. :3 Not like I actually talk with you on an extremely regular basis, or anything though.
...What I want to say would be soooo much more meaningful if I could verbalize it, but seeing as how we are typing the exact intent of my words would be lost thus I choose to remain silent, figuratively speaking (though I'm not speaking...)
Ah. Soup. Goes great with bread. lol. Wish I could try your mom and Oma's croquettes. I'm rather partial to a good one, myself. Had some tasty ones in Japan, too :3
Also. Rice. Quite possibly tied for my second favorite food with mashed potatoes. Gotta love rice.
I know what you mean. I could type all day about it, too. xD
I love soups; dunno why... I just do. For example, my mom has tomato soup simmering right now and she is freakin' amazing at making tomato soup. I also really enjoy croquettes, because they're so special and we have them only a couple times a year due to how annoying they are to make. When my mom or Oma make croquettes, it is definitely something to schedule around.
I know I really enjoy cooking as well. There's something about making dinner that makes one feel nice inside, particularly when everyone really enjoys the food... kind of like how I made dinner last night and the rice I made turned out alright even though there was technically not enough in the box.
...that's another thing I like: rice. What I made last night was "souped-up rice" using creams of mushroom and celery soup. Man, that is some good stuff right there...
Then again, I really love to eat, so I could be typing all night. >_>'
You should watch Kogepan... Tis a short anime about, erm, bread ^^ a bit random, but I like it.
I think all food is good. I just love cooking! I'm rather fond of fishcakes (but then I can make tasty fishcakes...)
Soup is good, because you can make a huge batch of it and freeze it for later. I agree with you saying that making bread is fun. Do you like to make pizza? If you do you should try adding some sun-dried tomatoes to the dough... Or olives perhaps.
I don't like shop-bought maccaroni cheese though. Perhaps it is better where you are... We have tins of it in work - it smells horrible! But I prefer to make it from scratch at home when I can. Yummy.

Sandwiches, definitely. ^^
Sandwiches allow you to get all your goodies one one complete package: bread, meat, cheese, veggies, condiments... The sandwich is the ultimate encapsulated food goodness. 8D

I am quite good with reading sentiment in text. Scarily so.
Sometimes I can even tell what actions/motions you were doing when you typed it.
I like to think it's a gift of insight....

Let's stick with something simple and along the same lines but not quite for I'm having some difficulties putting it into intelligible words.
You baffle me, my good sir.
I do thank you though. For, you know, making laugh and smile and things. I've not been the happiest child as of late.

I don't know if I've ever had a fish cake. Perhaps you could make them for me some time. xP
I like Kraft Mac and Cheese that you buy in a cardboard box and mix and stuff. Don't know what your's is like.

I'm rather fond of sandwiches, too. Perhaps that has something to do with the bread involved...lol.
Of course, you can make almost anything into a sandwich so they also have versatility going for them.
I approve of your choice. xD

Steak. Medium-rare perfection. ^_______________^
And mashed potatoes. XD
And I get to eat all this yumminess you've been describing. Thank you for being my sister. ^_^
And I for one, unfortunately perhaps, find next to no enjoyment in cooking. =( I'd rather play the piano in the other room as you cook. =D
