Haha, getting to this a day late because I attended a graduation ceremony for some of my college friends yesterday morning, and when I got home I decided to catch up on the Anime Club episodes I had missed, along with the new K-On! and ...My Week in Anime #32
Had a nice time at my brother's graduation last night, and then I came home to see that the Lakers won game four of the NBA Finals. Great night ftw. Also, I decided to take a cue from what TC is doing (and what Des did) and split thoughts o...Confirmation of good news! :O
Futurama's return is official ... and it is getting 26 episodes instead of just 13.
Hell. Yes.

Futurama to get a 13 episode run on Comedy Central.
Just a rumor at the moment (although an apparently credible rumor), but obviously I hope it comes to fruition. While the movies were enjoyable, a TV run is definitely the way to conclude Futurama, because that's the medium with which these guys are comfortable. It forces them to be more focused with the stories and comedy, which is probably the biggest issue with the movies.
But, yeah, more Futurama would be excellent. :D
