For some reason, after hearing you being so good with the basketball type game, I thought of the Futurama episode with Bender and the Globetrotters, hahah.
I've never read Pride and Prejudice (though I do want to), although I do know the basic style of Jane Austen's writing, haha. I've watched the BBC mini-series and the Keira Knightley movie adaptation, so I know the story, too. So, yeah, while you probably would not get quite as much from it as someone who is intimately familiar with the book, it's still worth reading.
You're not good at Texas hold-em because you're not a Texan, XD *is shot*! Also I think anyone pretending to be Paul McCartney is weird to begin with *is shot again*. I hope you enjoy After Dark, it took me 2 days to finish that book, I need MOAR Murakami books.
Would I actually have to read Pride and Prejudice before I read Pride and Prejudice and Zombies? ...'cause the latter looks amusing, but I've never read the former. >>
Like Timber was getting at--appreciate your dry heat. The southern half of Michigan's Lower Peninsula sucks during the summer. D:< *shakes fist at the outdoors*

Las Vegas is pretty fun. Can't ever imagine living there, even for retirement, but it seems nice to visit and go crazy there every once in a while.
While I was in Vegas last spring, I remember taking a picture with a Michael Jackson impersonator, who creepily whispered for me to give him a tip while my sister took the picture. It's an even weirder memory now that MJ has passed away. >_>;;
Sounds like fun. Casinos aren't my thing, but hey ^^
Three prizes at once! Strewth...
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I saw that the last time I was in a book shop, I think i'll try to find it in a library though. I'm going for the cheaper option XD
