It can be a hit-and-miss series, much like many anime comedies. There are plenty of funny episodes, but there are almost as many dull, pointless episodes. It stings less, though, because the episodes are only five minutes each.
Ah, I still have to get around to watching Sora no Woto. I'll probably work it in to my anime watch-list whenever I'm done fighting with Fafner.
It's been sometime since I've watched Hetalia, however. I'm now sure why, but I never bothered picking it up again. Somewhere along the line it lost me.
