If all goes to plan, I should be able to make it. Time shouldn't be too much of a problem if it's sometime in the evening (we're only an hour apart, I believe).
I've seen and remember one and four (and have no problem watching again), I watched three as a kid and need to rewatch desperately, heard of two and have it on my watch list and I've never heard of five but it sounds like it'd be fun to watch anyways.
Basically, I'm good with anything, really. Monday and Tuesday, I'd have to make sure that I'm up in time and/or get my chores done before then.
I vote for number 2. However, I'd have to borrow it from the library first, and I'm not sure how long it'll take them to ship it to me (my local one doesn't have it, as is the case with most things I want to read/watch). If you and others watch it and I have it, I'll show up whenever the day is set. But don't hold back on watching it (or another film) on my case.
I think Blazing Saddles is technically R-rated, but that's largely because it was made in the era before PG-13 and they couldn't well slap a PG rating on something that drops the n-word every three lines, so it shouldn't be a problem.
My vote is split between Blazing Saddles, Ghostbusters and Dr. Strangelove. I guess I'll go with Strangelove because it's the only one of those three I haven't already seen. And because your description makes me think of a radioactive band invading the Soviet Union singing Love Shack.

@Shinmaru:
My late nights are due to OT. I might just have to miss round 1.

@moletta:
I definitely have sympathy for late workers. Would the east coasters be willing to wait until midnight to start? :O

I work til 11 central time everyday, so I'll be late as it's about a 15 minute drive home.

DR Strangelove or the Philadelphia story. As long as it's after, but I'm not sure I can make it since I'm working so much overtime right now
