I got the same feeling when I graduated from high school. My grandparents gave me some money as a graduation present and I was just like, "Wait ... what?" I think it was the only time I've questioned someone handing me money.
... I just got my results... They were kinda what I expected ^_^ not bad, but not really fantastic either... Meh. Tried me best I guess that's what counts! Don't worry yourself about it - nothing much you can do now anyways, i'm sure you did fine ^_^
