Good slate of movies this time around. However, I think again we should keep our listings varied, so I vote for The Thing for a little taste of horror.

This week's bit of trivia: The "luv" and "hat" tattoos Sideshow Bob has in the "Cape Feare" episode of The Simpsons are a reference to the "love" and "hate" tattoos Harry Powell has on his knuckles in The Night of the Hunter.
Also, Robert Mitchum is awesome.
