lol, I am actually well acquainted with the Tigers' terribleness this year. Armando Galarraga was one of my good fantasy pickups (though he has not been that good as of late -- probably because he is wearing down), but Justin Verlander has made me shout vicious words I did not even know existed. He's so friggin' frustrating because he'll look amazing for a couple of starts, and then he'll turn into a big pile of suck. I hate him. I am definitely not picking him next year, which means he'll probably win 20 games, strike out 200 batters and win the Cy Young. Asshole.
At least the Dodgers should win the NL West. Hopefully Manny Ramirez keeps his hot streak going and boosts the offense enough so that they can keep up with whoever they face. I hope to God it isn't the Cubs -- there is no way the Dodgers beat Zambrano, Dempster and Harden in a five-game series.

While I don't play fantasy sports, I can definately say that this year's baseball season has disappointed me greatly. My Detroit Tigers, the effing Tigers, have quickly slumped back into the mediocrity we once knew only a few years ago. We won't even get started on the Lions.
Athletics is such a highly unpredictable form of entertainment, it's almost like a soap opera in real-time.

lol, the Cubs totally ripped the hearts out of the Brewers today. There is no way Milwaukee recovers from that. I would not be at all surprised if they missed the playoffs now.
...
My God. I am running the fantasy version of the Brewers right now. :(

I'll do what I can to get in contact with Theriot. Rumor has it he's hard to get a hold of.
