Ah AIR.. I love it. I still haven't watched the last few episodes though... I was watching it on youtube but it got taken off due to copyright laws and things... Pffft... I want to know how it ends, even if I do cry like a baby...
Eureka Seven, for me, was pretty fun until almost everything began to center towards one specific couple. I wasn't too happy about that, but accepted it as the series was in need of an ending. Besides, how can you not like an anime where a supporting character is named Moondoggie? Ya gotta be pretty uptight, I'll tell ya that.
I did not enjoy Eureka Seven. I found Renton and Eureka annoying. I do love Talho and Holland. I found both of them very compelling. I am also in a camp that said Mechs don't need fucking flying surf boards! They are cooler without them! I love Black Lagoon. I want to be Revi, but I know I'm Rock.

Aahaha, I'll keep that in mind. So I guess I won't be looking for any mindblowingly original and deep thoughts. Just lots of insane ass-kicking. And that's fair enough, because I don't think I know anyone who doesn't enjoy a good dose of that once in awhile.
What you should mainly expect from Gurren Lagann is a string of crazy, over-the-top awesome moments. It just keeps topping itself as the series goes on -- its epicness is mainly in the sheer scope of ass the main characters kick.

I'm trying to get back into it... AIR looked amazing from what I saw of it so I'll put it on my list now that I've heard that the story is also good =D
I'm attempting Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagaan, now. It better be REALLY REALLY GOOD because it has been HUGELY hyped up =P

AIR totally broke my heart several times over ;___; I'd re-watch it if I wasn't so afraid of breaking down due to its heart-wrenching abilities xD
