I suspect that someday we will all be ardent disciples of Shishou. (Hey, I'm not complaining.)
If I made a room called The Axioms of Logico-Anime, I wonder how many people would join? The viewing would consist of nothing but boring people talking about other boring people who have long since died. Bring text books!

I'd like to have Anime Club earlier in the evening. But I'm on Pacific time, so for me it already starts in the early evening; if I made it any earlier, it would mean I either wouldn't get to eat dinner or I'd miss the first episode half the time. Which would kind of suck since I'm the one organizing it.
Sunday and now Friday nights are already taken so, unless I want to conflict with Movie Sign or Sheep, I don't think there could be any better days to have it. It seems like weekday nights would be worse, what with so many people being in school and having homework. We could maybe try having it Sundays after Movie Sign, but then it would probably be even later and people who attended Movie Sign might not feel like sitting and watching stuff for even longer.
I agree about the continuity thing since I know some people haven't come at times for that very reason. I'll start considering it more when picking what shows to watch and writing the little blurbs about them in the posts.

"I'm thinking the only way to get that many people is if we watch Naruto or something OH GOD I WON'T EVEN JOKE LIKE THAT"
Good. I have a standing policy that anyone who suggests we watch Naruto or Bleach in Anime Club gets slapped upside the head.
But yeah, I find it ironic that MST3K is more popular on an anime site than anime is. I've been thinking of posting the Anime Club announcements on OB in Anime Central as well, to try and get the word out a little more, though. I need to get around to talking with James about making a sticky thread or something for it.

I keep finding myself doing other stuff during the anime and movie get together. o_O Which is a shame since they seem like a lot of fun.

Yes, it would be nice if we could eventually get that many for Anime Club. Some day--!

@Fasteriskhead:
I can live with that.
I'd be a crueler person if I wanted that many to watch Monster a Go-Go.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you're a deeply cruel person if you want that many people to watch Manos: the Hands of Fate.

You're so welcome. <33
I am just so amazingly happy that you like it~! XD
And the Movie Sign was pretty sweet. I usually can't make it so I am happy. :D
Next time I probably won't be able to make it. =
"Have you fallen in love?" "No, but I've stepped on it."

I think our previous record was about...eh, eleven or twelve at best. Eighteen is nothing to sniffle at.
