Clannad, definitely. Very funny series with good characters and good drama. Maybe not to everyone's tastes, but if you enjoy something like Honey and Clover or Fruits Basket, then you'd like Clannad.
Toradora! (which is currently airing) and Lovely Complex are two shows along those lines, and they have similar premises, although they do different things with them.
Shugo Chara! is a good, cute show I think you'd enjoy. Only problem with it is there is a lot of filler, although it only gets annoying near the end of the first season when the quality dips a bit, and you know the producers are just killing time until they can get the new plotline going for the second season.
Erm, if you could recomend something that has a good dose of humour and a good plot, something that makes you want to watch the next episode when the credits start rolling... What would you choose?
Maybe when I complete series I could rate them, but I am not fond of ratings in general. My thoughts are enough to know whether I think a series is good, haha.
If you ever want to know about the specific content of a series, I'd be happy to answer. Are there any in particular you are curious about?
Every time I read 'Marimite 4th' in your posts my brain thinks 'Marmite' haha.
Oh I had an idea, when you post a list of titles you put a rating next to them. The Shin-Scale-Of-Greatness XD and perhaps an age rating? Or is most of this stuff viewable by all ages? I haven't heard of most of it, or if I have I don't know much about it.
What's really fun is that even though you've answered it many times... I still can't help but wonder the same thing that Sarah does when I see a long post by you. XD
I definitely did not have a problem with the action and visuals going over the top; I enjoyed that, actually. The show is definitely not trying to be realistic, so it may as well be flashy.
A cyberbrain would be wonderful, until I get cyberbrain sclerosis. Then it would not be wonderful.
Haha, this has to be the 10th time I have answered this (not your fault for wondering though xD). Basically I am a college graduate who is, er, not having such a great time finding a job. The scary thing is I don't even spend most of the day watching anime. It's mostly very early in the morning and in the evening that I do it.
I liked FMP TSR because it did tend to go over the top. Gates is such a screwball that I still don't have a solid opinion on him, besides calling him a screwball. Anyways, I loved the action on TSR; and it's one of the reasons why I watched it.
Considering all the anime and movies you watch(ed), when are you going to upgrade to a cyberbrain with an external memory device?

Dude, that's 90 episodes. If this is over a period of seven days, that's an average of nearly 13 episodes per day.
Unexpectedly, Munto TV ep2 didn't cover near as much as I thought it would. Whereas ep1 covered about 3/4 of the first OAV, ep2 covered about another 1/8 of it. Having a few more details about stuff explained in the extra time was nice but it still hasn't even gotten to the conclusion of the first OAV. I'm now getting the feeling that there's not as much original material after the two OAVs' stories as I thought.
