If you happen to see this, you have to use BB style code, but the URL one is really wonky. It goes something like URL="url goes here and the quotes are required" between the straight brackets [ and ] (closed with a /URL in the brackets. I've put off doing up a reference for this on my MyO page for too long already, I should have had it up as soon as I figured all the code out.
