At some point you could try it anyhow, if you wanted to...I don't know. Every time I've worn makeup, something happened to make me sad, but I couldn't cry because I had makeup on... :P

It would. It's true though, a lot of people have an eye for what looks good and a lot of people get makeup very wrong. I've never been very skilled at it, but then, I don't have a lot of practice.

That depends on their skill level. It takes a certain amount of practice to learn the art of makeup. I'm not very good at it, but I don't usually wear makeup.
