Well, someone posted the first picture (which they probably found on their college campus since I can't think of another place that would think of this) but it's condoms with pictures of pokemon on them, captioned "It's dangerous to go alone. Take one of these." However, someone else must have posted a pokemon screencap, subtitled "How's that feel Pikachu?" And whoever posted this picture must have been following both of those people on Tumblr, because they coincidentally saw the two pictures in succession, giving the whole thing a really messed-up context.
The two being put together is one of those unfortunate (but still funny) things that can happen on Tumblr. As the Tumblr homepage is called the 'dashboard' or 'dash', when this happens people have adopted the phrase "my dash did a thing".
