I still feel like that wouldn't solve every problem, because societies are often very strict at denoting the female body. If the one a girl has doesn't fit into a certain set of standards she is belittled. So you'd have to make everyone the same size and shape too. Essentially everyone would be clones, and if there happened to be anyone born who looked even slightly (if harmlessly) different they would have a very rough life.
