That's good. That must be a relief! I think my Mums problem is more of a physical one, in that her throat closes. Sleep apnea, that's it. Anyway I hope things improve ^^
Thanks! I actually did try the machine that forces air up your nose, but luckily the spray worked for me so I didn't have to buy the (expensive) machine.

I'm glad you have found out what was wrong. My Mum has a respiratory condition where she stops breathing while sleeping too, she has to sleep with a mask on that forces air up her nose. Her condition has got better this past year or so ^^ I hope those sprays work for you. Allergies are a pain.
I hope this new year is going well for you so far, and that it gets even better ^^
