Like so many teams before us, we were at the mercy of the computer to compile and render the final video. And it just didn't wanna play this year.
We missed the 48 hour deadline, and as such, our entry was disqualified from the 2012 Bloodshots Canada film race. A shame.
Anyway, they're still gonna screen our movie and it'll still be online for viewing and all - as soon as the website starts working more properly, anyway. And I know we were never in it for the prizes and all . . . but still. It's funny how disappointed and frustrated I actually was at the end of this whole thing. Should we do this again next year, I feel there will be big differences.
For one, I may need to break off from my friends and start a new team . . . scary thought, y'know? Anyway, that's for next year.
More importantly: movie's online! Who wants to watch me die?!
Mm . . . there actually hasn't been nearly as much headbutting as expected. We actually came together pretty well as we put the script and story together.
Though . . . I will say I probably don't have to say anything about the hiccups that did come up. I'm not gonna harp on it, and my belief is I probably shouldn't have to. Dare to dream, anyway.

Yup. There's definitely gonna be some heads butting this weekend during Bloodshots. I'm very effectively going to be the contrary one out of our little main tetrarchy. Differing aesthetics and the like. Brought up that this was going to come up last night and how I wanted to be more involved in the direction of the film. Everyone went into defensive modes a little.
So I'm that guy now.
Yeah, this is gonna be fun. Can't wait.

Watching an old Chinese drama called Xian Jian Qi Xia Zhuan (also called "Chinese Paladin"). I cannot handle all of the feels.
Muddled around a bit with Resident Evil: Giraffe-Man Blowjob.
Have run a few adventures' worth of a Pathfinder game for my friends - learning to GM has been an adventure in and of itself.
Getting back into the swing of my TV shows like Castle, Once Upon A Time, and Young Justice which apparently also started back up sorta.
Totally got in on the Sword Art Online love that's swept the world lately. Definite future cosplay potential - well, save for the part where I apparently called Kirito at the same time as another friend but in different locations, and as such chose to step back. Leaving a bit of a sour taste for me on that end, but what can you do?

Bloodshots Canada starts up tomorrow. Gotta make another short horror film in 48 hours. Expecting to see all of the butting heads this weekend. Can't wait. Ish. Sorta.
Anime Evolution: Akimatsuri happens in a few weekends. Small mini-con to help the new con with the old name get back on its feet. Who doesn't love con?
Gotta figure out what I wanna do for my pumpkins for Halloween.
Medal Of Honor: Warfighter and Assassin's Creed 3 are later this month. These will take up much time.
So yeah. Something like that. Same ol'. My life really isn't that exciting.
