One word... ok, two words. Google Contacts. Put all your addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, etc.. into your google contacts and then guess what? If you sign up for google voice you're all set on phone numbers, one google calendar you can show all your contact's birthdays as events, etc... Plus you can always export your contacts to backup as desired.
