*shakes head* You ought to check out the concert listings sooner. I was also looking for people to go - though went with iaido friends in the end so all good. It looks like half the people we know also made it to the concert.
Raine certainly knows how to rouse up a crowd with mid-song chat. It's been awhile since I seen them play, but just the mention of it makes me feel all young and stupid again.
Good on ya for beating the Swiss. And the OLP concert sounds like a blast.
But as far as the people lighting up goes, at least it was strangers and NOT EVERYONE YOU WENT TO THE SHOW WITH. Damn, sometimes I really really dislike doing things with certain people.
And hopefully, the US vs Canada game on Sunday will be a good one. We need nail biters, and another shootout. Plus, I want to see the Chicago Blackhawks on the ice against each other, should be fun.

I'm not a hockey guy, but I'd wager that a hockey shootout is at least in the top 3 of most nervewracking experiences for sports fans, haha.

I KNOW THAT GOAL WAS EPIC HOLY CRAP. That was so intense when we kept saving, and then not get a goal...man. But yessss, WE WON!
