It's a short film so I don't mind the questions left behind like that.
As for the crucifix . . . yeah, there was no way around this one that wasn't gonna upset someone out there and we knew it. We were actually hoping to find a plastic figurine/statue instead of the actual cross (it was actually the one I had over my door for most of my growing up until I moved out), but with the time restraint and stuff that was the best we could hope for.
We tried to be as nice with it as we could, though, yeah.
I couldn't understand much of the chorus lyrics as well. And I was a bit peeved by the crucifix being thrown around like so, since that's a no-no for me. But hey, I'm a Catholic, so that is to be expected. And I can see that it wasn't your idea anyway, which is good to know.
And the cassette tape scene just made me do a face palm. Unfortunately, that scene might just be a reflection of what the new generation thought of this old medium. Sigh.
As far as the whole film goes, I can't help but have a lot of other questions in my head. For instance:
1. Who sent the package?
2. Why are the toys attacking?
3. What was inside the cassette tape?
4. If Woody really wanted to kill the dude, why didn't he choose to use the plastic bag to suffocate him, instead of the ineffective cassette tape?
5. Do people even get strangled to death through that? (Seriously, do they? Maybe you guys know something that I don't.)
Nevertheless, it was fun while it lasted. There was definitely room for improvement, which I'll probably see next year when you guys do it again.

I agree with shanny, couldn't understand either, except for "He tried to kill you with the Lord!" but I like how the main character was having a dialogue with the chorus, and I LOVED how when he was leaving the house he stopped to tie his shoes and make sure the door was locked. Nice work. Now I gotta churn out a cartoon in 48 hours!

@Dark Phoenix:
Nah, the singing is totally garbled. The way we were recording, we were totally slower and off key from the music. It did not end well.
But yeah, what can ya do?

The story was amusing! Hahahaha
I laughed at how he tried to plug his earphones to the cassette, then there's creepy woody. Oh, man. That cracked me up.
You guys are getting better than this.
There were some bits where perhaps a little background music could have helped build the tension...
The chorus words were a bit tough to understand, too.
But, yeah, time constraint and all that, it was amusing! XD

Funny. =P Although I can barely understand what the chorus is singing most of the time. D: Maybe it's just my speakers.
