Fuuuu-sionnnnnnn HAHHH!!!!

So we made gyoza again on Saturday. And again, I got gifted with the leftovers: a few dozen wrapped gyoza (which have since all stuck together because I didn't separate them before freezing them well enough) and a bowl of filling.

So I worked some of the filling this morning:

Pretentious, expensive lounges be damned, THIS is fusion cooking!

Alright, so I used too much filling and not enough oil so it all went to hell. That's okay, if it's for yourself, it's allowed to look gross. Still, it's tasting awesome as I type this (and eat).

So yeah. Gyoza omelette, gettou!
