Welcome to my world.

I'm SomeGuy, 29 years old, residing in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I've studied English Literature, Chinese Martial Arts, and am currently pursuing careers in writing - possibly even in the anime industry itself.

And I work for this site.

And you should be watching Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad.
Or watching Ranma 1/2.
Or learning about the Shinsengumi.
Or planning to visit Vancouver, The Best Place On Earth (actual marketing motto).

Here at the "Smallville" page, I have my personal blog where I'll post about anything and everything. If ya need me or otherwise need to know anything from/about me, here's where I'll be.

If you're really looking for my more professional, site-type stuff, you wanna head over my "Metropolis" world.

Interesting Sunday, huh?

My my my . . . all kinds of crazy stuff took place this weekend, eh?

So yeah, the stuff Adam mentioned is slowly becoming less immediately important now, which is nice enough. All I'll say on that subject is that take the apology however you wish, I'm just satisfied that said-member did apologise and did admit to doing wrong. Now that it's out in the open with everyone, that's good enough for me; anything to come of it after here is up to said-member and those with whom said-member is friends with.

That said . . . I'm starting to care less about sentences ending with prepositions. It's funny 'cause I was totally going to write about those some time, but apparently they're seriously not THAT big of a deal anymore. Go fig' . . .

I'll write my Writers Bloc workshop in the morning.

So other than that stuff . . . I watched the MGM version of "Ivanhoe" from the '50s yesterday. It's just fun to watch since I first saw it in class in grade 8 Social Studies. And y'know, it's fun and enjoyable in that classic, cheesy-when-you-look-back-from-sixty-years-in-the-future kind of way.

And then I got a fanfic dedicated to me. I won't lie, that was pretty cool to have happen. Fine writer, that myTragicENDING . . . very new to the community, though, so I do hope she starts exploring a little more, meeting more people here and there on her own terms rather than just waiting for people to come her way.

Other than that . . .

Hey, question . . . is the only way to recharge a WiiMote to either buy a charging deck or replace the batteries? Yeah, it must be . . . that's a shame . . .
