That seems like it would work, and also be the best way. Just have a bunch of volunteer editor's names, and the prospective writer can choose whomever they want. That way it's all up to them. I don't consider that lazy; no no. That's smart! It's delegating! Mwhahahahahaha...

I've already voiced my willingness to help timechaser out, so I'll broaden that to include others. I've done plenty of editorial work in the past, and am willing to read through pretty much any kind of work - just no shounen ai/yaoi, thank you much. I could probably manage 2-3 per week.
