Well, I can answer that :3 You don't have to find pictures of 350x350, you can open big images and re-size them, or you can re-size them and place them on a background of 350x350...Same goes for iwalls and normal wallpaper...I hope you get what I mean :)
The aspect raito is basically the size of what your submission is.
For example, an eCard submission has to be 350x350, or if its a iWallpaper it has to be 1136x640..ect. It has to have that specific size exactly. I hope that helps! And if you ever forget what size something needs to be, sometimes it says at the top of the page and the submission boxes.
