I love it when little kids do that! You know they'll definitely become social butterflies when they grow up, lol.
Alot of them end up staring at me and sometimes I can see shy little smiles from them, and it's just so cuuuute! >3<

I know! Babies are so cute! I remembered while at a store, a little boy riding past me in a stroller said hi and waved to me. I smiled and waved back. ^^ Little kids love me, haha.. ^^;
