I agree with you. I like this ending theme much better than the first. Honestly, I didn't think that the first ending song fit at all with the anime. Well, unless there's some weird theme with Dio and Giorno's mother. Personally I liked Golden Wind the best from JJBA, along with Stardust Crusaders too.
Also I really like Enigma's music. Gravity of Love has always been my favorite, though they have a lot of great music. I definitely recommend them.

I actually went ahead and downloaded the Enigma album featuring Modern Crusaders almost right after making this post. It was pretty good.
