I don't think it's appendicitis, because if it was, you would be doubled over with pain right now and you wouldn't even be able to walk or move. My brother had that, and he had to somehow drive himself to the hospital even though he could barely stand! I don't know, it sounds like a mild case of food poisoning. I've had that happen to me, and then the next thing I know, I'm lactose intolerant! Be careful though, if it doesn't go away, definitely see a doctor
