Hmmm... you may be right with the social and political views to show on paper. I love that, very much so. But I try not to let it spill into my art. Otherwise I feel like I'm imposing my voice on other people; hate doing that.
But I do think I'll give it a wirl drawing how I see things instead of how they really ARE. Maybe i'll magicaly evolve into a cool artist! *laughs* Basicly- i'm going to take your advice mate.

Well, you are talented to do that even without any "sick" motivation like these artists had. Do you like social and political views to show on paper? Um not sure, but I know what you do know. To show your own mind and your own thinking on that way. Through the picture, if you know, you can actually see what one person is feeling about... Practice it and one day you will see. :D
You will get better and better! Don't worry about that "fear"! I can give you the real *fear* if you want... Lol kidding, but you don't need that. Try to let your emotions and your mind go freely, take your brush and do it!^^

Haha, you missed ones. I haven't meant on these ones that worked in that certain period (can't remember which year), but the later ones which are referred as neo-impressionists. And even later, your art may have some similarities with expressionism (maybe even more than this one). Though people at that tome were in shock and fear (because of the upcoming war) not sure that you are and that it is what get's your motivation. But still you definitely do have some talent. What, you think that they just started making it on their own. They practiced a LOT as well! :)
I only WISH I was as cool as those dang impressionists mate! I looked them up (while you were not looking so Id seem more intellegent but I guess telling you this defeats the purpose) and there is nooooo way I can draw that well.
Or well- Paint.
But one day, very far away I do think, I want to be able to draw like those guys.
It's, it's... a-amazing stuff!! :O Wow, it's that good. Be proud! You know, you should try to work on your art talent in general. All that work with colors, do you know on what reminds me... xD Well of course, impressionists. But this not only looks nice, I am sure that it was tasty. :D
