They're dark enough. Not dark as a lot of my icons, but darker than others. They're right in the middle, so they're just fine <3 You did good, especially for your first try!

*sighs from relief* I'm REALLY glad that you think so! The whole time, I just kept trying to SOMEHOW make them seem darker, but I wasn't able to. :P
