Nope, that's not the last one and it's because of the dividing line between the two images. A few people have guessed that too & that's kind of my fault, so if you do find the last difference, feel free to guess again ;D

Is it that white tab on the blue book in the right corner? It seems to be missing in the original version. I'm not sure if that's just because of the awkward crop...
