Of course I'm sure~ Call me judgmental, but I never would've expected anyone to tell me I circled the wrong thing. I would expect them to just take what they got and leave it at that. I can respect the honesty in letting me know. Even though you probably thought you still had another difference pinned down~ ;D All in all, I think it's worth one free icon~

Haha, it's alright~ Pretty much my fault for misunderstanding XD That spot above the door isn't really a difference, it just looks like one because of the dividing line. I'm actually pleasantly surprised by your honesty about it though, I really appreciate it. I had to take away one of the differences, but I think I'll go back and give you 3 icons anyway. ;D

There's a sign, on the right, there's a..picture missing, it was on the top.
On the book shelf, on the original, it goes blue, pink green, on the changed one it goes blue, lightish green green, 4 shelves down.
There was a white line, at the top left side, it might be a window, but in the edited version, it's gone. It was just above the door, above a box.

There's a troll face on the yellow book/stack of things... Bottom left of the picture ^^

The fire extingusher is a different colour, a symbol is missing on the black sign (top left) and there is a book missing in the bookcase near the right middle (top middle of self)
