You would think that me being in a suburban city that has a high population density and is near one of the major U.S. cities would ensure that they've got my area covered. No. Not at all. My house is at the edge of their service area, which meant we got blacked out when the net/cable was busy... and there was nothing we could do besides either wait until they install a new box closer to us in a few years (give or take) or switch back to our old service.
Its just awful. I originally had a mac router for my brothers compy and when they came out they were like, "Uh we can't help you. We don't know what that is..."
