I'm not gonna bug you about your one-line style, 'cause we can chalk that up to stylistic whatevers. If other people wanna take issue with it, you can worry about them when they do. Other than that . . . you almost made me cry with all your commas outside the quotes! This is an older story of yours and I get that . . . but if I see more of that kind of silliness in the later volumes, I may have to headbutt you for it!
That said, this was deliciously old-school and you added some nice little conflicts to some otherwise 2-dimensional cartoon characters. That was exciting. This is definitely a labour of love and it shows. Kudos to you, Miss Rachel.
