I actually like the idea of selling them separately. There may be people that are familiar with one of the titles in a certain group, but may not know most of the other titles, and they would probably be torn if they had to buy alot of art as a group, especially if they didnt know most of the titles that the art was from.
thats a great list of anime right there, and i certainly look forward to checking out all of the art you are able to put together, especially for Golgo 13, Bubblegum Crisis, and Lupin :)
