As we near the arrival of the Fall weather season, we know it means we are nearing the arrival of weather-wearing-us-down months. Well, at least there's one outdoor event in Montreal that should build up the enthusiasm for the Fall when it comes: the Montreal ToyCon Fall 2013 edition. It's scheduled to happen at the Courtyard MARRIOTT Montreal Airport (7000 Place Robert-Joncas Ville St-Laurent, QC). So if you're a hobbyist living in Montreal or are a hobbyist not living in Montreal but plan on going there in November for vacation, I recommend you check it out.

This can be a fun way to start off your summer holiday.

News: Toronto ComiCon 2012

Fanboys and fangirls in Toronto, Canada. Mark your calendars for March 10-11 for Toronto Comicon, which will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention centre (222 Bremner Blvd. Toronto, ON, M5V 2W6). There will be a whole variety of guests to meet, from the fields of sci-fi, comics, anime, gaming, etc.

For all you Sci-Fi fans living in Island of Montreal area of Quebec, Canada, if you're interested, you may want to mark your calendars for Oct. 14-16 as this year's Con-Cept event will be running on those days. Like last year, it will take place at Hotel Espresso (1005 Guy Street, Montreal, Quebec). Opening times have not yet been posted.
