See, the thing is, I can't have a relationship with either of the guys. I don't like the one via facebook in that way at all, and I don't want to start liking him because he's from Oman, so he'll be moving back in June or July. The guy I kinda like doesn't like me like that, unfortunately, but I don't want to go out with him either. He's a bad influence, and I don't want to get involved in that.

If that is the case, then you will have to try and explain that to him. Not sure how it will go, but you never know. It might actually turn the other way... Still do what you think is the best, even if it might be painful for him at that moment.
