Ya. I work 2 other jobs, so I don't really need Walmart anymore. And, frankly, I'm rather embarrassed to say I even work there, so that'll be nice not to have to worry about that anymore.

The management above me sucks. They don't take in the needs of their workers. Like, you are only allowed 6 sick days per 6 months, which is fine. I understand. After 3, you get a talking to, and then the punishment is worse as it goes on.
I was gone for 3 days because my dad was in the hospital back home, and they didn't count that as an excused absence. And, I got a call on my break that was dad was in the hospital and it was serious, so I asked if I could leave early, meaning like right then. And, they only got me out of there a half hour earlier than normal. My dad was in the hospital 3 and half hours away from where I live, so I gain any ground at all.
It's just upsetting that they aren't flexible with the schedules and don't really seem to care about you as a person.
